Alumni Weekend
Posted: December 2, 2008
This year marks a historic time for the Zeta Sigma Chapter here at Florida Institute of Technology. Zeta Sigma was founded in 1968 exactly 100 years after the founding of Pi Kappa Alpha at the University of Virginia. This year, 2008, marks 40 years of Pi Kappa Alpha at Florida Institute of Technology. To remember our accomplishments throughout the years, our 40th Anniversary celebration took place this fall. Almost an entire week was dedicated to memories young and old. Hundreds of brothers from all around the country came to meet friends that they remembered and rekindle friendships with some they had not. The original members of Alpha Kappa Pi were able to meet the present day brothers of Pi Kappa Alpha and share stories of the times they spent with our fraternity. The brothers of Pi Kappa Alpha today are looking forward to another great 40 years at FIT and beyond.
