About the House

The Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity House is located in Palm Bay, Florida, on the shore of the Indian River Lagoon about 2 miles from Florida Tech. The house is a two-story southern colonial style mansion built in 1967. It was the first fraternity house in region and is still the largest house at Florida Tech. It sits on several acres of river-front land (and has a private beach), also owned by the Zeta Sigma chapter. Over 30 men can comfortably live in this large house.

Managing the House

The chapter house and land is owned by the Zeta Sigma House Corporation, a not-for-profit company made up of local Pi Kappa Alpha alumni. An undergraduate brother, the House Manager, manages the house and land. The House Manager is an elected position. It is currently held by Brian Kryszczynski. It is his duty to make sure the house is clean and stays in good condition by regularly holding work parties where all the brothers work on the house, and by creating a weekly schedule of tasks to be done by brothers living in the house. The House Manager is also in charge of buying house supplies and making sure the yard is maintained.
